Food assistance program for needy families

The Camillians Medical Center's Social Service implements a food aid program for the needy. Beneficiaries of the program receive a basic food item every month.

To join the program, you need to meet the following criteria:

■ Socially vulnerable families (below 100,000 points) 

■ Having a disabled person in the family

Required documents are:

■ Extract from the Unified Database of the Vulnerable 
■A certificate about health status (form № IV – 100/a )

■ A copy of the identity document of the applicant and all family members.
■ Document certifying the status of a person with disabilities (if any).
