The Camillians Rehabilitation Center is participating in the state program of day care services.

The day center provides transportation for the beneficiaries and meals twice a day. During the day, the beneficiaries are involved in various activities, special teachers work with them both individually and in groups. Specialists also work on developing skills with the beneficiary in various areas, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy.

Any adult with disability can be a beneficiary of the day care center.

To get to the center of the day, the beneficiary must receive a materialized voucher from the state. To receive a voucher, you need to visit the social services department according to the place of residence and submit the following documents:

A copy of the document certifying the status of a person with a disability;
The applicant's identity document (person's ID card or passport) and a copy of it, if the applicant is a legal representative of the applicant;
A document certifying the legal representation of the applicant and a copy of it, if the applicant is a legal representative of the applicant;
Health status certificate (medical documentation form №IV-100 / a)
